It’s a fact, few indie publisher titles, even those with genuine international potential, achieve the exposure needed if they’re to succeed outside their local market. NAC Rights Agency helps change that matrix, offering a way for smaller publishers to showcase their titles internationally.

Possible because of Michael Cybulski‘s >10 years’ publisher involvement as literary agent, and >40 years’ international trade, enabling exposure to rights publishers across the English-speaking world, NAC Rights Agency supports smaller publishers without connections to trade publisher rights departments, contacts in audio and large print publishing, film/TV/performance rights and so on.

NAC Rights Agency sells such rights in the major English-speaking territories, happily co-agenting in Europe and elsewhere on foreign language and multimedia rights, where our personal service seeks fine homes for books with potential greater than possible in their home markets. Extremely challenging to access such markets, Central & Eastern European rights is a particular focus.

We also help with those crucial commercial issues such as contract negotiation, currency transfers, royalty reporting and collection.

Now representing ANZ, Canadian and UK indie publishers, NAC Rights Agency has capacity to add one more to its list during 2025.
